Stunning Amtico Installation

With this job it was important we completed full sub floor prep before we could lay the chosen luxury vinyl tiles. Sub floor prep is often overlooked but it is crucial to get this right to ensure the life of your new floor. In this case, the existing floor was three different heights, and the old vinyl needed to be stripped and then ground off the floor before we could apply two coats of dpm (damp proof membraine) and then a screed to smooth all the floors to one seamless level. After this the new flooring was ready to be laid, Amtico Signature tiles with feature strips thriughout the whole area, laid at 45degrees to open the space out.
